Refund policy

You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back, used or unused. We do not ask for an explanation.

Return shipping is free

We email you a prepaid label. You pay nothing to return the kit, and there is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to us using the details on our Contact information page, and include your order number. We send the prepaid label within one business day.

Condition

Send the kit back in whatever condition it is in. Please include the brush heads, the extension pole and the charging cable if you still have them. A missing accessory does not void your refund.

Refunds

Once the carrier scans your return, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct from the refund.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If the kit arrives damaged or a part is missing, contact us and we ship a replacement. You do not need to send the original back first.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships. After it ships, use the 90-day return.

Warranty

The motor and battery are covered for one year from the delivery date. If either fails in normal household use within that year, we replace the unit. Lithium-ion batteries lose capacity with use over time; that is normal wear and is not a fault.
