Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after processing. That is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the first carrier scan appears.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we reship it at no cost once you confirm a corrected address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the kit arrives damaged, contact us. We send a replacement and you do not need to return the damaged one first.
